small roomstale coffee
The room felt smaller than expected. i had booked a queen room, but it seemed more like a standard double. also, the coffee provided wasn't great. It lacked flavor and tasted a bit stale. i really missed having a richer, more flavorful cup in the mornings! it was a minor thing, but noticeable.

charming stay in city center!
easy accessreally good service
the location provided easy access to key attractions. the breakfast included several options. i received a welcome message on the mirror. a personal text was sent, ensuring i had everything i needed. the staff addressed an issue i had when storing my luggage. they were very understanding!

just okay, i guess.
dust bunniesmessy waffle station
The room was not especially clean. i saw some dust bunnies near the corners and the bathroom mirror had streaks on it. also, the breakfast area was a bit chaotic. It was hard to find a clean table and the waffle station was always messy. i think they need more staff to manage the breakfast rush. twice.
